Fashion Development Step by Step

Evelyn Fashion is not only wholesale supply fashion wearables, but also offering custom design for fashion clothing. Here are some of our custom designs for our clients.

1.Develop your fashion ruana /poncho/cape, kimonos etc

There are 2 options for customers choices. Option 1-they can choose our existed styles to be their own unique styles to do bulk; Option 2-Custom your own design/styles. Customer can send us your sketch/inspiration trend, then whole EVELYN team  will discuss to make sure we get it that you need/want.

2.CAD Approval

Our design team will make a CAD for customer approval whatever printing styles or woven, knitting styles.

3. Fabrics base/Yarns approval

Our sourcing team will show the choices for the base/yarns for approval.

4. Sample it!

Now based on final approval CAD/fabrics base/tech pack, we can create the first sample. Strike off/lap dip will be the first approval sample that we make.

5. Start your bulk production

After you decide on the perfect sample, we are ready to integrate the design into production line at the right factory for mass production. We keep an eye on the whole production process to secure as well as manage it.

6. Quality Control

From original in-line inspection to final strict AQL 2.5 inspection, both inspection is executed well in all of our factories. Standard inspection report will be sent for customers approval before shipment.

Whatever you are a wholesaler or a start-up retailer, Evelyn will be your most reliable manufacturer.

What is your MOQ?

Speaking of MOQ, we have different standards for different wearables. If it is printed wearables, 1 piece is workable with us using digital printing. Usually, 500pcs/col for normal woven/knit styles are best.

Do you sell stock styles?

As we have been in this line for more than 1o years, there are indeed some available styles in our stock. If you need stock styles, please help check our sales to get catalogue.

What is your payment terms?

30% TT deposit before production, 70% TT after copy B/L

Do you offer free shipping of fashion wearables wholesale?

No, we only accept FOB as final terms.

What is your sample charge?

If sample is made by digital printing, then there is no sample cost; If it is made by other method, please contact our sales to get best cost.

Can we have a visit to your factory?

Certainly, you are welcome to our factory. Please help let us know your schedule in advance, our sales team will offer best plan to let you no worry.

How many silhouettes that I can choose?

For fashion wearables, there are simple ruanas, kimonos, ponchos, capes, vests, shawls, if you don’t have determined ideas, please contact our sales, our designing team will offer different choices.

I have my own printing artwork, how do I choose printing method for sampling and bulk?

Sampling: Digital printing is best printing method for sampling. There is no printing color limits, and sample charge is free;

Bulk: Actually it is up to final bulk quantity. If qty per colorway is less than 500pcs, digital printing will be best choice with no screen cost;

If qty is more than 500pcs/col, and screen color are less than 4, then you can choose screen printing method.

What is your sample time?

Printing Styles: 1-3days;

Woven Styles: 7-10days;

Knitting Styles: 3-7days;

What is your bulk leading time?

Usually 45-60 days after approval of pp samples. Certainly if you need bulk to be quick, our production team can offer better options.
