different process to make ruanas
There are a lot of different methods to make different ruanas, such as printed methods, woven, jacquard, knit, embroidery, etc. Evelyn(ruana factory) has a wide selection for your reference.
Printing
Screen Printing
Screen Printing is a printing technique where a mesh is used to transfer dye onto the fabrics, except in areas made impermeable to the dye by a blocking stencil. There are 2 types of printing presses to make our fashion ruanas. One is flat screen printing, and another is roller printing. Workable fabrics are polyester, viscose, acrylic, silk, wool, blend fabrics, etc.

Digital Printing
Digital printing is described as any ink jet based method of printing colorants onto fabrics. Different fabrics, they need different printing types. Usally polyester fabric is suitable for heat transfer digital printing, viscose/cotton/silk is okay with reactive printing.
Woven
Yarn dye weaving
Weaving is a method of textile production in which two distinct sets of yarns or threads are interlaced at right angles to form a fabric to make our ruanas. The longitudinal threads are called the warp and the lateral threads are the weft. To custom your own ruana, you can offer your own patterns, pantone colors to set up your own weft/warp.
Dying
tie dye/garment dying, Etc
There are a lot of dye types in the textile line. Normally to make our ruanas, we choose tie dye/garment dying, acid dye, etc. Through these dye process, fabrics-ruanas become more soft and fluffy since they are all full piece dyed. Customer can have their own patterns through customized tie dye.
